Dr Jeff Willis
Dr. Jeff Willis is a board certified Chiropractor who has been helping patients on
their journey to optimum health since 2004. Led to chiropractic care as the result
of a sports-related injury at the age of 16, he has since believed in the body’s
intrinsic ability to heal itself, which is a foundational premise behind chiropractic.
Accordingly, he has made it his life’s work.
Because there are many inter-related factors that contribute to overall wellbeing,
Dr. Willis uses a wellness approach in the care of his patients. He fervently
believes that personal responsibility for our own individual health is critical.
Chiropractic adjustments to both correct dysfunction and maintain proper posture
are as important as physical fitness, proper nutrition and a healthy lifestyle in the
quest for wellbeing. Consequently, wellness education plays an important role in
his work. Giving patients the knowledge to recover from injury and the power to
prevent its re occurrence by living well is a vital part of his commitment to each and
every one of his patients.
As a former collegiate athlete with a strong desire to help young athletes stay
injury-free, Dr. Willis’ special areas of clinical interest are the treatment of complex
muscle and joint conditions, especially sports-related injuries, and the integration
of prevention and exercise to optimize athletic performance.
By combining the very best hands-on technique, up-to-date research and support
for a wellness based lifestyle, and providing the highest quality natural vitamins
and mineral supplements, Dr. Willis assists his patients on their journey to
optimum health and helps them improve far beyond their expectations.
Dr. Willis received his Doctorate in Chiropractic from the Southern California
University of Health Science (SCUHS), where he served as President of the
Student American Chiropractic Association and was selected to represent SCUHS
in “Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges”. He also
holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology from California State
University, Northridge.
When not engaged in helping others attain physical wellbeing, Dr. Willis is an avid
sports fan and lives an active outdoor life in Valencia with his wife and 3 daughters.
